The heart of Solterra is its 6,700 sq ft clubhouse, home to the resort-style pool. It’s the perfect place for a lazy afternoon when you want a change of scenery from your private pool — with poolside loungers and cabanas for settling in.
Clubhouse access: to use the clubhouse facilities, guests pay a one-time fee at the clubhouse, card only — $35 for up to 12 guests, $45 for 13 or more guests. This covers an access card and wristbands for your stay. Guests who don’t use the clubhouse facilities pay nothing.
Lazy River & Water Fun
Solterra’s pool area includes a lazy river and water slides, plus a kids’ water playground. Little ones can splash for hours while adults float along — no theme park ticket required.
